MONARCH XL8 LTD. The XL8 LTD is exactly that; a big traditional scooter. No fancy LED displays, just good old fashioned quality engineering. That's not to say that the XL8 LTD doesn't look good, because it does; it's a high quality scooter and you can see that in the finish.
