RASCAL VOYAGER. Rascal don't make 'cheap' scooters, they just make scooters that are exceptional value for money. I said the Pioneer is a 'traditional' scooter and it is; Rascal have spent their money in making a great all round scooter with the capability to go pretty much wherever you might want to go and keep you really comfortable whilst your doing it.
